The Goldstein Consulting GmbH is an accountancy firm with a special focus on the small and medium-sized businesses in the Berlin-Brandenburg Region.

Many of our clients are international players; others are subsidiaries of foreign companies. We see to the needs of an array of small and middle-sized incorporated and limited companies, as well as local associations and organizations.

Besides the classic auditing of the annual accounts, we offer a range of essentially related services; for example, business appraisal and valuation, preparatory work for IPOs and "due diligence audits." Particularly worth emphasizing is the counseling service we offer representing the interests of the audited company during mandatory annual audits.

Although the content of the services we offer are determined by law and largely standardized, we sets ourselves apart from other accounting firms in that, as a self-employed operation, we conduct our services not only in a professional but also in an explicitly friendly, reliable and readily available manner.

My firm has been operating now for 10 years. Prior to that, I was a partner in a Berlin subsidiary of a "Big Four" company so I am not lacking in professional experience. For corporations, moreover, we offer tax consultancy and support for your company’s accounting department, including the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements (in compliance with German, American and international standards).
